Lumi Shape is a Finnish-based and Finnish-owned company. We design our products with Nordic attention to quality, functionality, and comfort.

What do we do?

We help women and men across the globe to instantly look and feel their best. Our shapewear enhances your natural body without sacrificing comfort. No diets or restrictions - just smooth, flattering support that helps you look better the moment you put it on.

What do you sell?

We sell confidence. Our collection includes high-quality shapewear, bras, shaping bottoms, swimsuits, and dresses designed specifically to work with shapewear. Every single item is carefully checked by hand by our quality manager before dispatch to ensure it meets our standards.

Are all size charts the same?

Not exactly. Our dresses follow the same size chart, but other items may have different charts. This is because our products use different fabrics, cuts, and compression levels. Please always refer to the specific size chart shown on each product page when choosing your size.

What if I am between sizes?

If you are between sizes, we recommend choosing based on your desired fit. For a firmer, more sculpting feel, choose the smaller size. For a more relaxed and comfortable fit, choose the larger size. If you’re unsure, our customer support team is always happy to help.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the European Union, Norway, Switzerland, United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand. 

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery.

What are the shipping times?

Orders are usually processed within 2–3 business days. Estimated delivery time is 4–8 business days after dispatch.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

Are there any duties or taxes upon delivery?

No. All prices include VAT, duties, and taxes where applicable. We guarantee no additional charges upon delivery.

How do I care for my shapewear?

For best results, hand wash your shapewear in cold water and lay it flat to dry. Avoid using bleach, fabric softener, or tumble drying, as these can damage the fabric and reduce compression over time.

There is a problem with my order. What should I do?

Please email us at orders@lumishape.fi and include your order number. Our team will get back to you within 24 hours.
